This Privacy Policy explains how ClarityBoard ("ClarityBoard", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the ClarityBoard platform at clarityboard.ai and related services (the "Service"). ClarityBoard is a paid-media analytics and reporting tool for marketing agencies and advertisers.
When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication identifiers provided through your sign-in provider (such as Google). Authentication is handled by our processor, Clerk.
With your authorization, we access advertising performance data from connected platforms, which may include LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. This data includes campaign names and settings, ad creatives and metadata, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions/leads, and related performance metrics for the ad accounts you connect. We access this data through each platform's official API using tokens you or your organization authorize.
We collect basic technical information such as log data, device and browser type, and interactions with the Service, used to operate and improve the platform.
ClarityBoard uses third-party large language model providers to generate written analysis and recommendations from your advertising performance data. Data sent for this purpose is processed to produce your reports and is not used by us to train models. Our AI outputs are advisory; you remain responsible for decisions and changes made in your advertising accounts.
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:
We retain advertising and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 9). Upon account closure, we delete or de-identify your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and storage within Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. Access tokens for connected platforms are stored securely and used only to retrieve the data necessary to provide the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our use and transfer of information received from platform APIs adheres to the respective platform developer policies, including the LinkedIn, Google API Services, and Meta Platform terms. Where a platform's policy imposes stricter requirements on the handling of its data, those requirements govern that data.
ClarityBoard operates from India and uses cloud infrastructure that may process data in other regions. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to disconnect any connected advertising account at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at chandankadannar@gmail.com. Disconnecting a platform stops future data retrieval; you may separately revoke ClarityBoard's access from within that platform's settings.
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
